Our Mission

CCCS is a nonprofit organization offering debt management and educational programs helping financially distressed families and individuals effectively manage their finances. It is our mission to provide sound consumer education on the wise use of credit, preventive and rehabilitative financial counseling, and debt reduction services.

• A non-profit, 501© 3, organization. Meets all applicable requirements.
• Independent volunteer governing Board of Directors.
• Maintains a permanent business location for face-to-face counseling.
• Provides financial counseling, comprehensive Housing counseling, and education to all clients regardless of age, race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, employment, veteran or disability or financial status.
• Annual audit conducted by an independent Certified Public Accountant.ssklsdf;lksdfn
• All services must be provided within a reasonable amount of time from inquiry and at times convenient to the public.
• Agency provides services by a Certified Counselor in- person, online, and by telephone.
• Must be accredited by a National Foundation for Credit Counseling approved independent third party agency.
• Counselors must be certified by an organization acceptable to the agency and within 12 months of hire.
• Agency provides counseling and education services regardless of ability to pay.
• Agency is committed to offering the best quality service.
